Delivery & Returns

UK delivery only

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can't accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• We use a tracked UK postal service such as Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery to some Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes and to Northern Ireland can take 1–2 extra working days.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a flat £3.95 delivery charge.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@example.com with your order number, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you've sent them). You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

For hygiene reasons, the legal right to cancel does not cover sealed cosmetics that have been unsealed after delivery. Our 30-day money-back guarantee below still applies to opened products.

In addition to your legal rights: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first bottle, even if it has been opened.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
