This policy explains how CUIVRE collects and uses your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect and why

• Availability list: your email address, the products in your basket, the date and time, and the advertising campaign that brought you to our site (for example UTM tags or a Facebook click ID). We use this to email you when the product is available and to understand demand. Lawful basis: your consent.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send marketing emails. Lawful basis: your consent.
• Orders (when sales open): name, email and delivery address, to fulfil your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Website data: basic technical data needed to run and secure the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local and session storage to remember your basket and the campaign you arrived from. We will ask for your consent before using any non-essential cookies, such as advertising cookies, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and, when sales open, payment and delivery providers. Some providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep availability-list data until the product launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@example.com to use any of these rights.

If you're unhappy with how we use your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to help first.
